The Cruisin Kitchen - Our Mobile Concession Trailer - A 1997 United 22 Foot Custom Built unit. Fully equipped enabling us to offer an endless variety of food, drinks and desserts.
We are fully licensed, insured & inspected. We take pride in meeting all health department & fire code guidelines.
Our 3 extra large service windows allow us to provide quick, convenient & orderly service to all our valued customers.

Our mobile kitchen is equipped with commercial cooking equipment, refrigeration, freezers, spacious prep counters, heavy duty 60 amp electrical system & full-sized wash, rinse & sanitize sinks which allows us to safely prepare & serve items.
Having a full-sized commercial bain marie (sandwich prep) allows us to offer customers quick & accurate service.
We have 3 full-sized commercial fryers on board. Needless to say, we're prepared and capable to accommodate the biggest of crowds.
Some of our fried foods include: fresh-cut curly fries, chicken tenders, chicken wings, blooming onions, breaded shrimp,oysters, flounder & catfish, &.......much more!
View of our triple sinks and employee hand sink. Our kitchen has very large capacity fresh water holding system & a full-sized quick recovery hot water heater,
Pennsylvania Dutch Funnel Cakes and our famous Ricotta Zeppolis are HOT food items. Having our two addition commercial shallow deep fryers makes for very quick service.
Each of these fryers are run by 220 electric ensuring quick oil temp. recovery & allowing faster product delivery.
