We are fully self-contained for water & electric supply enabling set up at any location. With 3 large service windows, we are able to provide speedy, profession service. We are able to add your event as “additional insured”.
Have current health department approvals in Atlantic and Cumberland Counties as well as through many local municipalities.
We meet all the fire safety guidelines and have passed fire marshal inspections in Cumberland & Atlantic counties through their local municipalities plus local inspections in several other counties.
Completed a two day food safety course through City of Vineland Health Department similar to Serv-Safe.
Licensed & registered with a valid NJ tax ID certificate.
Our trailer is a 1997 United custom built mobile kitchen. It is 24’ with 3 full sized service windows. The unit is fully self-contained with on board 35 gallon water holding tank, quick recovery hot water heater, 3 full-sized wash, rinse & sanitize sinks and separate employee hand sink.
Trailer is equipped with 60 amp electric service which we power with a 17,000 kw portable (Generac Gaurdian) generator.
We have 3 full-sized commercial fryers, comm. 3’ flat top grill and full-sized stove and oven. A 4’ bain marie, 12 hole ice cream freezer, and 30 c.f. upright freezer keep our refrigerated products at required safe temperatures.
Additional equipment includes: a comm. Popcorn machine, 2 commercial electric shallow funnel cake makers, comm. Blooming onion maker, comm. Pizza oven, soda dispenser system, 2 comm. Fresh cut French fry cutters (for curly and strait cut fries), 100 cup coffee urn, comm. & Hot dog rotisserie

Gino, 22 and Bobby, 21, Favoretto, Debra's sons, began working for Maplewood Custard as young teenagers. Gino became member of International Sheet Metal Workers Union, Philadelphia Local 19 when he turned 18. He works in sign fabrications. Bobby has worked for Best Buy in Vineland, NJ for the past 3 years. With many years of experience & great memories growing up, they also share in the many duties at Casazza Foods
